challenging, age-appropriate and fun while helping to improve
strength, balance and flexibility.

We offer guidance in post physical therapy and cardiac rehab programs, educating clients on:

Proper body mechanics
Safe yet effective exercise
Protective neck, back, shoulder, hip, knee, and cardiac care
Personal fitness plan to match the needs and goals of our clients.

“I have to tell you, Mary,
that the other day I carried
the vacuum cleaner up the
stairs and said to myself
‘Gee, that’s not so heavy
any more… all of that muscle
training is really showing up
at surprising times!’ ”
